HistogramViewer

PixInsight update repository for the HistogramViewer module.

Displays a non-destructive histogram and statistics view for the active image, with separate RGB curves, grayscale support, logarithmic axes, zoom and range controls, percentiles, and clipping statistics.

HistogramViewer is the native (C++/PCL) successor of the Histogram script. It follows the active image, updates automatically when the image changes, and its process icons open the viewer with the stored display settings.

Installation in PixInsight

  1. Resources > Updates > Manage Repositories
  2. Add repository: https://tricx.de/pi-scripts/HistogramViewer/
  3. Run Check for Updates and restart PixInsight
  4. Run via Process > Tricx > HistogramViewer

Requires PixInsight 1.9.5 or later on macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), Linux x64 or Windows x64.
